John Porricelli is the chief of staff at Citrin Cooperman. He is directly responsible for the oversight and implementation of all human resources initiatives and advises firm leadership on all matters regarding human capital strategy. In addition, John will oversee the development and production of any relevant thought leadership and integration with learning and development.
With over 30 years of experience in the HR field, John’s areas of expertise include leadership development, workforce planning, strategic recruitment, human capital retention, next gen initiatives, and employee compensation planning.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, John served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mazars USA for the past 20 years where he was responsible for overseeing the human resources function across all offices.
