John Saunders is a consultant in the firm's Woodland Hills, CA office with 40 years of business and accounting experience. John provides tax planning and management consulting advice to closely held, family-owned businesses, partnerships, and high net worth individuals who own those businesses.

John specializes in the financial needs of his clients’ lives, integrating businesses and their owners’ income tax, estate tax, financial investing, and succession planning. John has extensive experience serving clients in the real estate industry including real estate owners, developers, HUD operators, property management, health care providers, and ambulatory surgical centers.

John also provides business management functions including insurance review, check- writing, cash management, and financial statement preparation. He has acted as a Professional Trustee and performed key trustee responsibilities including transfer and inventory of assets, collection of income and monitoring of investments, establishing appropriate investment strategies, carrying out duties to beneficiaries, navigating tax issues, undertaking record keeping responsibilities. and distribution of trust remainder.
