Kathryn Stevens is a partner in the firm's Fairfax office with 13 years of experience. Kathryn consults on mergers and acquisitions as part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Practice, including partnership formations, liquidation events, sales of interest, and other complex partnership matters.
Kathryn has primarily focused on partnership tax structuring, deal modeling, and quantitative work related to partnership transactions. Kathryn has experience in tax technical research and preparation of tax memorandums for clients. She has advised on tax strategies for a wide variety of clients, including portfolio companies, private equity clients, and real estate clients.
Previously, Kathryn was a director at PriceWaterhouse Coopers' National Tax Services Partnership M&A Group.
