Experience

Ken Fick is a partner with over 20 years of experience providing leading edge solutions designed to improve forecasting, budgeting, planning, and decision making to companies from $3 million to over $50 billion in revenue. Ken is a naturally curious, entrepreneurial, and innovative finance leader, with the ability to communicate from big picture to small detail.

Ken is responsible for leading the preparation of the company’s annual budget, creating current year and long-term forecasts, supporting business units in financial analysis/value creation, and effectively evaluating the financial impact of strategic and tactical initiatives.

Ken has advised clients in various industries on corporate finance, corporate performance improvement, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, financial forecasting & modeling, finance transformation and close optimization, strategic analysis, financial modeling, decision support, accounting operations, M&A transaction and integration.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Ken served in key leadership positions at both private and public companies including the VP of FP&A for a large specialty consulting firm, a director in MorganFranklin's Strategy & Transformation Services Practice, the chief financial officer of a digital marketing agency, a managing director of a mortgage banking consulting firm, the senior director of FP&A for a billion-dollar marketing services enterprise, and a director in FTI Consulting's Forensic and Litigation Consulting Practice.
