Lamar provides valuable transaction advice at all points along a transaction's timeline. Lamar has over eight years of mergers and acquisitions tax experience.
Lamar primarily assists clients with tax consulting in the area of mergers and acquisitions, specifically buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence, transaction cost analyses, debt analyses, and tax structure modeling for clients that are contemplating potential sales or purchases, including cross-border transactions. In addition, Lamar has experience helping clients with bankruptcy and out-of-court debt restructuring tax issues and various post-transaction tax considerations. Lamar has served a wide variety of industries and clients, specifically those in the private equity, media and entertainment, and manufacturing and distribution industries.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Lamar worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a senior manager in their Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Practice.
