Loretta is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s tax practice based out of the Woodland Hills office.
Loretta has over 15 years of tax experience and specializes in providing tax services to clients in the real estate industry, including office, retail, and industrial owners/developers/operators, real estate management companies, real estate investment funds, and real estate investment trusts. Loretta has experience with Forms 1065, 1120, 1120-REIT, multistate returns, and quarterly compliance including REIT E&P projections, REIT testing, nonresident multistate withholding, and withholding for foreign investors.
Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Loretta was a Tax Senior Manager in Deloitte Tax LLP’s Los Angeles office where she served mid- to large-size real estate clients across the United States.
