Louise Jones is a director in the Human Resources department in the firm’s Braintree office. She has over 20 years of HR experience and specializes in various human resources functions such as benefit management, performance management, due diligence, and more.

Louise’s areas of expertise include the full employment cycle, recruiting, onboarding, benefit management, performance management, championing and influencing company culture, M&A due diligence research, event management and more. She has partnered with managers and senior leadership in developing strategies to address various HR issues and functions, such as turnover in specific departments and enhancing communications across the company.

Prior to her joining Citrin Cooperman, she was an HR Director at Onesky Flight, LLC, a family of private aviation companies.
