Mario is a CPA, and provides a wide variety of consulting services to private clients in a number of specialized industries, including private equity, venture capital, funds, real estate, among others. Mario has also been heavily involved in M&A transactions, including structuring, consulting, and modeling tax consequences for partnership transactions.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Mario worked at BDO USA PC as a Managing Director in their Specialty Tax Services – Partnerships group and has previously worked in the National Tax Offices of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP and Grant Thornton LLP.
