Matt is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Tax Practice and is based out of the firm’s Worcester office. Matt’s experience extends to business growth and vision planning, profitability enhancement, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transaction management, transition planning, corporate development, operational finance, cashflow management, corporate finance, international business, and system integration.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Matt was the partner in charge of the consulting division at S&G LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024. Before S&G LLP, Matt spent over a decade in leadership roles, including chief financial officer and regional controller for both public and private equity-backed corporations in the aerospace and defense industry.
