Melanie Foss is the firm's Chief Human Resource Officer. She has been with Citrin Cooperman for over 10 years, leading a forward-thinking human resources (HR) team, and planning and implementing the firm’s HR programs.

Melanie and her team are responsible for strategic staffing; employment processing and compensation; employee benefits and enrichment programs; employee relations and retaining; and, financial projections for HR operations. She is also responsible for implementing employment policies, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.

Melanie helps to drive Citrin Cooperman’s strategic direction by researching HR issues and trends, establishing the firm’s HR objectives, and aligning them with organizational objectives. She is instrumental in shaping the firm’s culture and climate, by developing employee engagement programs, establishing and enforcing human resource policies and procedures, and working with leadership to promote a positive work environment.
