Mike is a partner at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the firm’s Owings Mills, MD office. He specializes in sales and use tax, real property tax, personal property tax, and unclaimed property tax. For over 20 years, Mike has consulted on multistate state and local tax and is skilled in statistical sampling methodologies.
Previously, Mike was a partner in the State and Local Tax (SALT) Practice at Clearview Group, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.

Community Involvement
Mike has served as the president of his condo association in Ocean City, MD for the past six years. Mike has also been on the board of directors of the Fallston Swim & Tennis Club for the past eight years.
Outside the Office
Mike likes to spend time with his friends and family at the beach in Ocean City, MD, as well as at the Fallston Swim & Tennis club over the summer. Recently transitioning into an empty nester household, Mike currently loves spending time with his wife listening to live music and traveling when time permits.
