Nancy Palmerin is the chief learning officer and a managing director at Citrin Cooperman and is based in the firm's New York City Office. With over 25 years of experience in talent development, human resources, and global operations, Nancy has a proven track record of developing and delivering impactful leadership development programs.

Nancy has played a pivotal role in shaping Citrin Cooperman’s learning strategy and course curriculum. In her first year, she successfully created a competency-based learning curriculum to align development efforts across the firm’s various service offerings, including key areas such as tax, assurance, advisory, and industry specializations. This curriculum deepens technical, core consulting, relationship building, and business skills.

She has also championed the importance of empowering learners to drive their own development and actively engage in a wide variety of learning experiences, with a focus on the future.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Nancy served as the global operations director for KPMG LLP’s Forensic Services, where she worked directly with the board of directors. Additionally, she held other positions at a top management consulting firm as a director of human resources and managing director of global learning and development across 28 countries.
