Nancy Palmerin is the Chief Learning Officer at Citrin Cooperman and is based in the firm's New York City Office. Nancy has more than 25 years of talent development, human resources, and global operational experience. Her expertise is in developing and delivering leadership development programs.

Nancy has been instrumental in developing Citrin Cooperman’s learning strategy, course curriculum, and coaching program. In her first year, she created a competency-based learning curriculum for employees by upskilling and reskilling on key areas such as onboarding, tax, assurance, advisory, and industry specializations.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Nancy spent the majority of her career as the Global Operations Director for KPMG LLP’s Forensic Services and directly working with the Board of Directors. Additionally, she held the position of Managing Director of Global Learning and Development in 28 countries where she designed, developed, and implemented a Human Capital Strategy focusing on attracting, developing, and rewarding top talent.
