Neil is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Private Client Services practice based out of the White Plains, NY office. Neil is an experienced professional with over 29 years of experience in the areas of individual income tax, gift and estate planning, and private foundations.
Neil provides a wide variety of tax and consulting services to private high net worth clients in a number of specialized areas including individual and fiduciary income tax, estate and gift tax planning and preparation, private foundation planning and preparation and review of fiduciary accountings in surrogate’s court format for trustees and executors. Also, Neil plays an integral role in teaching and mentoring staff.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Neil was a director at Berdon, LLP, which joined the firm in 2023.
