He advises clients in various industries including food services, apparel, construction, distribution, manufacturing, and financial services. Nick is known for combining integrity with a big-picture vision, and providing strategic advice with an entrepreneurial eye.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Nick served in a key leadership position as chief financial officer for a privately owned business. As such, he was responsible for planning and managing the company's strategic business growth and setting financial planning goals to ensure the company's financial viability. Additionally, for ten years, Nick was the owner and founder of his own successful practice, DiMaio & Co., LLC.

Nick provides customized tax and accounting solutions to middle market clients and family-owned businesses. His expertise includes financial planning and the preparation of financial statements, strategic business advisory, and tax compliance with respect to GAAP.
