Rahul is a director in the firm’s quality control department with over 16 years of experience working with both Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants and privately held companies on complex accounting and auditing issues, including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Previously, Rahul held the pivotal role of overseeing the coordination and execution of audit and attest service operations at Citrin Cooperman India LLP (CCI). In this capacity, he adeptly managed a spectrum of engagements and engagement teams across various U.S. offices simultaneously. Before his tenure at CCI, Rahul enriched his professional journey with impactful stints at Standards & Poor's and PwC in India. Here, he played a pivotal role in furnishing auditing and accounting solutions to a diverse array of domestic and international clients spanning industries like real estate, retail, telecommunications, technology, financial services, and manufacturing.
