Rob Siegel is a tax partner with more than 25 years of public accounting experience. He provides tax planning and advisory services to a diverse group of public and private clients.

Rob has extensive experience in the area of tax provisions and provides outsourcing services to various companies. His clients include professional services firms such as investment management companies, market research companies, and law firms. He also works within the financial services, manufacturing, real estate, technology, construction, and retail industries.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman in 2014, Rob was a tax principal at Rothstein Kass in the Commercial Services Group.

Rob’s experience extends to partnership taxation, including tiered structures, disregarded entities, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations. He holds multi-state tax expertise with a specific focus on New Jersey. He is well-versed in assisting his clients in all phases of mergers and acquisitions, as well as the tax aspects of buying and selling a business. He also provides tax planning for trusts, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
