Ronald J. Carlen is a partner with over 30 years of experience in international taxation. He advises clients on tax planning and compliance for international financial institutions and international executives. Ronald has a particular expertise in international banking.
Ronald was a partner in the firm MGI Repetti LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2014.
In addition to Ronald’s expatriate tax work, he also has extensive experience representing clients before IRS, New York State, and New York City tax examiners and appeals officers.
