Seth Allen, a partner in the firm’s Bethesda office, has more than 25 years of tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting experience. He primarily works with high net worth individuals and closely held businesses in a diversified range of industries including professional service firms, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, investment companies, and direct mail advertising.
Seth provides comprehensive tax planning and preparation, advice on complex federal, state, and local tax issues, and representation before federal and state tax authorities. He takes a hands-on approach, working very closely with business owners and individuals to help solve their problems and understand their needs and goals.
Seth previously served as a shareholder of Regardie, Brooks & Lewis, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2015.
