Stephanie is a director at Citrin Cooperman’s National Assurance Professional Practice Office based out of the New Jersey office. Stephanie is an experienced professional with over 12 years in accounting and auditing.

Stephanie has extensive experience working with SEC accelerated filers, including SOX compliance and public filings (Forms 10-K and 10-Q, IPOs, and other registration statements), managing multinational and multilocational teams to achieve quality and timely deliverables. She has been recognized for her learning and development skills in growing and mentoring teams. She also has a strong expertise in improving processes through innovative technologies.

Before Citrin Cooperman, Stephanie worked as a senior manager at a global accounting firm. Stephanie led audit and assurance teams delivering audit and advisory services to SEC registrants and private companies across various industries. She has experience with PCAOB, AICPA, GAAS, ISA, GAAP, Statutory compliance, ICFR audits, SOC-readiness, and complex transactions, including spinoffs, IPOs, SPACs, ASC 606, and significant accounting changes. In addition to her client service roles, Stephanie was part of the National Office Professional Practice Network, specializing in global and national coaching, consultations on complex assurance matters, inspections, audit methodologies, and developing and delivering national and regional training programs. She was also part of the Audit Analytics growth team, deploying advanced analytics and automation tools to drive audit transformation and development of a global cloud-based audit platform.
