Susie is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Citrin Cooperman and is based out of the Bethesda, Maryland office. She is an experienced recruiting professional with over 13 years of experience in corporate recruiting and external professional search.

Susie has spent the majority of her talent acquisition career in the professional services industry, including eight years at a top middle-market public accounting firm where she leveraged her passion and expertise with experienced-level hiring, recruitment strategy, and talent operations. Most recently, Susie was a recruiting player-coach at the firm where she led the recruitment efforts for several experienced hire practices, including tax compliance and consulting, healthcare advisory consulting, business development and sales, and human resources. She was extensively involved in new recruiter onboarding, developing recruiter best practices, and creating shared sourcing tools and techniques across the experienced hire team. She was a trained learning facilitator at national firm conferences on topics related to networking, business development, management and delegation strategies, cultural dexterity, and other non-technical topics.

Prior to that, Susie was a talent consultant for a Baltimore-based boutique management consulting and professional search firm where she partnered with clients across diverse industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology, and government contracting, to lead direct hire, professional searches. Working with with one of the firm principals, she had the unique experience of being the Lead Project Manager for Baltimore City Public Schools’ CEO selection and interview process.
