Experience
Terry is a partner in Citrin Cooperman’s Tax Practice and is based out of the firm’s Worcester office. Terry has advised small and medium sized, family-owned, and closely held businesses for more than 40 years. His areas of business expertise include value growth planning, strategic planning and execution, business exit and transition planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory, and personal financial and estate planning.
Previously, Terry was the managing partner of S&G LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2024.
