Thomas Edgar is a partner delivering tax compliance services to clients in addition to custom-developed technology solutions.

Having spent many years in both public accounting and private company settings, Thomas has experience in partnership and individual taxation, international tax, accounting and auditing, and financial products/valuation. He has considerable experience in technology and project management, developing and applying both custom developed and off-the-shelf technology solutions to a variety of tax, accounting, and administrative functions.

Thomas was a principal at Untracht Early, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022, where since 2014 he was responsible for oversight of firm operations. Prior to that, he spent eight years with two prominent multi-billion-dollar global macro investment managers, working in varying capacities including tax director, fund controller, and financial analyst, serving various funds and their investors, portfolio managers, management companies, and special purpose vehicles for both hedge fund and private equity platforms.
