He has over thirteen years of experience providing valuation consulting services for a variety of purposes, including litigation support (e.g. shareholder and matrimonial disputes), corporate planning, estate and gift tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting.
Thomas works with clients in a diverse range of industry verticals, including hedge funds, alternative investment vehicles, entertainment, intellectual property (e.g. literary and music catalogs), construction, staffing, healthcare, restaurants, as well as a wide variety of service, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution companies.
Thomas has testified as an expert witness in the state of New Jersey.
