Tracey B. Early is the firm's Family Office Industry Practice leader. She is the co-founder of Untracht Early, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022. In addition to her role as office managing partner, Tracey has built a significant practice over the past 30 years focused on servicing a broad array of family office clients.
As a member of the firm’s Business Management and Family Office (BMFO) Practice, Tracey provides high-touch, concierge-styled consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, their families, and their closely held businesses. Her expertise includes assisting clients with financial planning, succession planning, money management, investment portfolio tracking, tax compliance, and outsourced accounting and CFO services. Additionally, she has extensive experience serving clients in the financial services industry. Tracey also has strong roots in auditing, having built out and lead her prior firm’s audit practice with a specialty focus on servicing those in the alternative investment space by providing traditional audit services as well as employee benefit plan assistance.

Tracey is a passionate advocate for pancreatic cancer research and treatment and is an avid supporter of the national organization, PanCAN. Through her mobilizing involvement in the annual PurpleStride New Jersey fundraising drive and event, she has remained the top fundraiser in the state and one of the top three fundraisers in the nation.
