Vincent J. Preto is a partner and provides tax planning, estate planning, multi-state taxation, acquisition, and business succession services. Vincent has worked with privately and closely-held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and real estate and construction clients.
Vincent has extensive experience with assisting owners in restructuring business operations to minimize costs and taxes. He also has extensive experience in structuring business sales and liquidations to minimize taxes.
Previously, Vincent was a tax director at Gettry Marcus CPA, P.C., which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023.
