Steve Ronan serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Citrin Cooperman, where he leads the firm's long-term strategy, enterprise transformation, and innovation initiatives. In addition to shaping the firm’s strategic direction, Steve oversees internal operations, including shared services, information technology, communications, and project management.

Steve joined the firm as a founding leader of Citrin Cooperman’s Advisory practice where he built the Consulting and Business Process Outsourcing service lines. Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, he founded a boutique consulting firm which helped middle-market companies enhance growth and improve operational performance. Before his consulting firm, Steve spent 10 years at Deloitte Consulting.

Steve has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and middle-market firms for 20 years to drive growth, streamline operations, and create competitive advantages through technology and service innovation. His expertise spans strategic planning, operational transformation, technology strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and go-to-market strategies. As a practitioner, his clients have included public companies, private equity portfolio firms, and multinational organizations across more than 20 countries.

Steve earned his undergraduate degree from Boston College’s Carroll School of Business. He resides in Fairfield, Connecticut, with his wife and three sons.
