Adina Khan is a partner with more than 20 years in public accounting. She advises businesses and high net worth individuals in the real estate, service, and private equity sectors.
Adina identifies and pursues tax planning opportunities to preserve and grow business and personal wealth, provides tax compliance and consulting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and foundations, and reviews partnership agreements to determine the proper allocation of income. She is skilled in examining gifting documents and trust instruments to help ensure the appropriate disclosures on gift tax returns. Additionally, Adina represents clients in federal and state audits and in resolving compliance issues.
Previously, Adina was a principal at Berdon LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023.
