Experience
Dan DiDomenico is a managing director in the Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Services Practice.
As a managing director, Dan participates in the internal reviews and approval of financial opinions and other client deliverables. Dan’s role also includes managing client relationships and business development.
With over 35 years of accounting and valuation experience, Dan has prepared valuations of business enterprises, debt and equity securities, and intangible assets for tax and financial reporting purposes. In addition, he has been involved with numerous financial opinions related to solvency, capital adequacy, and fairness. Dan serves clients across varied industries and also has significant experience in portfolio valuation services.
Dan’s previous roles include senior managing director at Murray Devine Valuation Advisors, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022. Prior to Murray Devine, Dan was a senior financial and operations auditor with United Technologies Corporation and was also a member of the internal audit staffs of Bethlehem Steel Corporation and Foster Wheeler Corporation.

Outside the Office
Dan and his wife Anne live in Holland, PA. They enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with their three children. Dan also enjoys golf, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
