Diane Olivero is a managing director at Citrin Cooperman with more than 25 years of experience in fund administration for hedge funds, private equity, and venture capital firms. In her career, Diane has provided accounting and fund administration services for more than 75 funds with combined assets under management of $25 billion. A key member of the fund administration team, her experience includes navigating domestic and complex cross-jurisdictional fund structures. She has extensive expertise in structured products, derivatives, capital structure analysis, equity and debt markets valuation analysis, smart technology data management with a specialized focus for algorithm trading models, multi-currency transactions, as well as financial, audit, and tax reporting including NAV and P&L analysis for partnership accounting.

Prior to joining Citrin Cooperman, Diane was a principal at Concept Fund Services, a fund administrator and outsourced CFO division of Berdon LLP. She also worked as a tax manager for Bessemer Venture Partners, a Private Equity / Venture Capital firm. Earlier in her career, she was an audit manager at Polakoff & Michaelson, PC, focused on providing financial and compliance reporting to Wall Street investment firms.
