Experience
Jordan is a partner and a member of the firm’s Valuation Advisory Services practice. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of client engagements relating to portfolio valuations for Business Development Companies (“BDCs”), the valuation of business enterprises, and their underlying securities and financial opinions.
Jordan has worked across a broad range of clients and industries. He also has experience in financial reporting engagements for several FASB ASC Topics, including ASC 350 (Goodwill Impairment), 718 (Stock Compensation), and 805 (Business Combinations). His focus has been on the financial analysis, research, and due diligence relating to debt and equity valuations for investments owned by BDCs, private debt and equity funds, fund of funds, and hedge funds.
