Mindy Borrok is a managing director with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. She works closely with high-net-worth individuals and real estate owners, operators, investors, and developers.

Mindy’s experience includes providing tax planning and compliance services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and foundations, as well as tax planning and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for high-net-worth individuals. In addition, she reviews partnership agreements to determine the proper allocation of income, advises on the tax impact of current and new laws and regulations, conducts various special projects relating to calculation of gains relating to potential sales, as well as 754 step-up, and transfer of partnership interests.
