Experience
Neil is a partner and manages valuation engagements as well as relationships with top fund and corporate clients. Neil works on engagements involving financial opinions, valuations of business enterprises, financial reporting for various FASB ASC Topics (350, 718, 805 and 820), and portfolio valuations for BDCs and private debt and equity funds.
Neil has extensive experience with the valuation of securities in complex capital structures, business enterprise valuations, and intangible asset valuations. His valuation experience has spanned a broad range of industries, including business services, building products, consumer products, financial services, healthcare, information and media, logistics, manufacturing, technology, and travel and leisure services.
Previously, Neil was a valuation professional for 15 years at Murray Devine, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2022. Before joining Murray Devine, Neil was an economic research analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia.

Neil devotes time to the Lower Merion Little League and coaches his three kids’ baseball and softball teams. He spends most of his free time with his family, supporting his kids’ busy lives in sports, dance, performing arts, and scouts. He enjoys following the baseball and football teams of his home city of Boston and adopted home city of Philadelphia. Neil enjoys music, photography, traveling, visiting museums and historical sites, trying new restaurants with his wife, and seeking out limited run craft beers.
