Toral is a director in Citrin Cooperman’s Tax Practice based out of the Jericho, New York office.

She has over 15 years of experience focusing on the taxation of real estate, hospitality, and legal businesses, specifically partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. Toral ensures federal, state, and foreign compliance while advising high net worth families on advantageous plans and structures for their personal and business taxes. She also represents taxpayers under examination from the IRS and other state authorities.

Toral previously worked at Berdon LLP, which joined Citrin Cooperman in 2023, as a senior tax manager where she assisted families in planning for and benefitting from various tax changes.
